> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://docs.classquill.com/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Setting up your organisation > Configure your organisation's name, logo, subjects, and timezone before inviting anyone. ## Before you start You need to be logged in as an **Org Owner**. Organisation settings are not accessible to tutors or students. ## Steps ### 1. Open organisation settings From the sidebar, click **Settings**, then select the **Organisation** tab (or navigate directly to `/settings/org`). ### 2. Fill in your organisation details | Field | What to enter | | ------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Name** | Your tutoring business name (shown to students, parents, and on invoices) | | **Logo** | Upload a square PNG or JPG — recommended 400×400 px | | **Timezone** | Your local timezone — this is used for all scheduling | | **Website** | Your public website URL (optional) | ### 3. Add subjects Click **Subjects** and select every subject your org offers. Tutors will later pick which of these they teach, and students will be enrolled in subject-specific classrooms. Common subject groupings: * Maths (Primary, Junior, Senior, VCE Methods, VCE Specialist) * English (Primary, Junior, Senior, VCE) * Sciences (Chemistry, Physics, Biology) * Languages, Music, Test Prep ### 4. Save Click **Save changes**. Your org name and logo will appear immediately across the platform — in the sidebar, on invoices, and on your public booking page. ## What's next Add your team to the platform. Enrol your first students.
