# Settings overview
> Where everything lives under Settings, and who can see each section.
Settings is one page, `/settings`, but it shows a different set of rows depending on your role.
This page is a map — use it to find the right row before hunting through the sidebar.
## Organisation (org owners and admins only)
Tutors, students and parents never see this group.

| **Integrations** | Stripe Connect, accounting (Xero/MYOB), bank reconciliation, API keys, connect via MCP, outbound integrations, Zapier, connected apps and webhooks — everything that belongs to the organisation rather than to one person |
| **Subjects** | Subjects you teach, open-book policy for exams, content defaults (question bank, resource downloads, course adoption) |
| **Scheduling & teaching** | Locations, term dates, institute holidays, session scheduling, video calls (recording + auto-log), booking approvals, travel-time warning |
| **Booking & public page** | Family feedback and tutor check-in settings, your public booking page |
| **Communications** | Email sending identity, email templates, extra notes in emails, inquiry routing |

**Integrations** used to be split across Billing, Connections and a separate Developers page.
It's now one row: if a credential or config belongs to the organisation (survives a staff
member leaving), it's here. If it belongs to a person, it's on their own **Connections** page
below.
## Account (everyone)
Every role — owner, admin, tutor, student, parent — sees these.

| **Tutor profile** *(tutors only)* | **Listing** — photo, video, bio, publish/unpublish; **Teaching** — mode, type, experience, specialisations, capacity and booking approval; org tutors also get a **Getting paid** group (invoice settings, bank details, where you tutor) |
| **Connections** | Your personal Google Calendar, Drive and Classroom links (students also see membership cards — join code, linked org, classrooms, groups, parent link) |
| **Notifications** | Per-category notification preferences (in-app and email), plus push notifications |
| **Safety** | Blocked users, your reports, and Help & legal |
**Preferences** was called **General** before 2026-09-20 — it's the same page, renamed and
trimmed down to one card. Push notifications moved from there to **Notifications**.
