Before you start
You need to be logged in as an Org Owner. Organisation settings are not accessible to tutors or students.Steps
1. Open organisation settings
From the sidebar, click Settings, then select the Organisation tab (or navigate directly to/settings/org).
2. Fill in your organisation details
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Name | Your tutoring business name (shown to students, parents, and on invoices) |
| Logo | Upload a square PNG or JPG — recommended 400×400 px |
| Timezone | Your local timezone — this is used for all scheduling |
| Website | Your public website URL (optional) |
3. Add subjects
Click Subjects and select every subject your org offers. Tutors will later pick which of these they teach, and students will be enrolled in subject-specific classrooms. Common subject groupings:- Maths (Primary, Junior, Senior, VCE Methods, VCE Specialist)
- English (Primary, Junior, Senior, VCE)
- Sciences (Chemistry, Physics, Biology)
- Languages, Music, Test Prep
4. Save
Click Save changes. Your org name and logo will appear immediately across the platform — in the sidebar, on invoices, and on your public booking page.What’s next
