Rescheduling a session
As a tutor or org admin
- Go to Calendar in the sidebar.
- Click the session you want to reschedule.
- Select Reschedule.
- Pick a new date and time from the available slots.
- Confirm — the parent and student receive an automatic notification.
As a parent
- Go to Calendar in the parent portal.
- Click the session.
- Select Request reschedule and pick your preferred new time.
- The tutor receives a notification to confirm the new time.
If the new time is outside the tutor’s published availability, the reschedule request goes to the tutor for manual approval rather than confirming automatically.
Cancelling a session
As a tutor or org admin
- Go to Calendar and click the session.
- Select Cancel session.
- Add a reason (optional but recommended — the reason is included in the notification to the parent).
- Confirm.
As a parent
- Go to Calendar and click the session.
- Select Cancel (only visible if you’re within the cancellation window).
- Confirm.
